  I brought a watch in to be repaired here and had a horrible experience. After multiple times of trying to get the crystal repaired, it was a headache to get done properly. It was never set correctly and kept falling out over and over again after multiple "repairs". I went to other Jewelry stores in the local area for a second opinion and it turns out the watch maker they employ is known for doing poor work. If you have an issue with your watch don't take it here because it will not get fixed properly. Send it in to the manufacturer. I also never got refunded from Bongs. So beware.
